This 7″ Capacitive Touch Screen LCD enhances the UI experience in any project. This 7 inches touchscreen display supports various systems such as Raspberry Pi, Banana Pi, Banana Pro, BeagleBone Black etc. The built-in HDMI interface enables the display to work as a computer monitor just like any other HDMI screen.
The LCD display comes with preloaded Raspbian driver and Ubuntu image. While the touch display is controlled over the HDMI interface the touch control is done via a USB interface. To reduce the power consumption backlight of the display panel can be switched on/off as per user preference.
NOTE: Touch function is unavailable when the display module is controlled via HDMI interface alone. -

The arduino LCD Keypad shield is developed for Arduino compatible boards, to provide a user-friendly interface that allows users to go through the menu, make selections etc. It consists of a 1602 white character blue backlight LCD. The keypad consists of 5 keys — select, up, right, down and left. To save the digital IO pins, the keypad interface uses only one ADC channel. The key value is read through a 5 stage voltage divider.
